Cozy cocktails are a must this winter season – and with a few simple ingredients and some Waterloo brews, you can easily make these cozy beer cocktails from the comfort of your own home!

Salted Caramel Boozy Coffee
First, make the Salted Caramel Syrup:
Reduce two cans of Waterloo Salted Caramel Porter over medium heat with 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tbs of vanilla until you get a syrupy texture
For the coffee:
- 1/2 oz Kahlúa
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Baileys
- Fill mug with hot coffee
- Add a drizzle of Salted Caramel Syrup
- Top with whipped cream
- Drizzle more syrup on top
- Garnish with cherries and enjoy!
Winter Wonderland
- 1oz bourbon
- Fill glass half way with ice
- Add a splash of lime juice
- Add a splash of grenadine
- Top with Waterloo Dark
- Add a couple blackberries & a sprinkle of snow (icing sugar) if you want the festive aesthetic
- Enjoy!
Stormy IPA
- 2oz of dark rum
- Fill glass half way with ice
- Fill glass 3/4 with Waterloo IPA
- Top with ginger beer
- Add a few splashes of lime juice
- Garnish with lime and enjoy!
