FREE LOCAL DELIVERY:

We’re pleased to offer free local delivery from Tuesday to Saturday for orders of $50 or more. Local delivery is available to customers in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas (see detailed delivery zones below). For orders under $50, a flat delivery fee of $10 will apply.

Our delivery service is limited to 24-can packs of 355mL or 473mL cans across all brands (prices include tax and deposit). Please note: we do not deliver bottles or kegs.

• Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Breslau, Mosborough, Kossuth, Glenchristie, Barber’s Beach, Little Lake, Maryhill, Arkel, Marden, Bloomingdale, Rosendale - Tuesday to Friday (10am – 8pm) and Saturday (10am – 6pm)
• Tavistock, Stratford, Wellesley, New Hamburg, Petersburg, Baden, Luxemburg, St. Agatha, New Dundee, Shakespeare, Sebastopol, Brocksden, Philipsburg, Berlertt's Corner, Lisbon, Ratzburg, Mennonite Corner, Amulree, Hampstead, Nithburg - Tuesday (10am-6pm)
• Paris, Brant, Ayr, Glen Morris, Brantford, St George, Osborne Corners, Bruces, Branchton, Orr's Lake, Shep's Subdivision - Wednesday (10am-8pm)
• Fergus, Elora, Salem, Ennotville, Inverhaugh, Alma - Thursday (10am-8pm)
• St. Jacobs, Elmira, Conestogo, Heidelberg, St. Clements, Hawkesville, Wallenstein, West Montrose, Winterbourne, Ponsonby, Ariss, Weissenburg – Friday (10am – 8pm)
• Hamilton, Ancaster, Waterdown, Dundas, Meadowlands, Aikensville, Clyde, Crieff, Millgrove, Freelton, Westdale, Flamborough, Puslinch, Morriston, Badenoch, Badenoch, Aberfoyle – Saturday (10am – 6pm)

Before a delivery day, orders must be received before 11am or they will be pushed to the next delivery day. Example: if you live in Waterloo and place your order after 11am on Friday, your order will be delivered Tuesday.

We do not offer same day delivery.

Please leave instructions if you will be home after a specific time on your delivery day.

We will notify you via email that your order has been received.

You will receive a delivery notification email the day of your delivery reminding you of our delivery policy and that your order is on the way.

ONTARIO-WIDE DELIVERIES:

For customers outside our local delivery area, orders will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost, depending on your selection at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

We ship 24-can packs of 355mL or 473mL cans across all brands (prices include tax and deposit). The maximum quantity per order is 48 cans (two flats). If your order exceeds this limit, Carlsberg Canada (formerly Waterloo Brewing) will contact you to adjust the quantity or cancel the order based on your preference.

Orders are processed by Carlsberg Canada (formerly Waterloo Brewing) within 1-3 business days from the purchase date. Delivery times may take up to 8 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note: delivery times may be affected by high parcel volumes or delays with Canada Post.

You must provide government-issued ID to verify your age and identity upon delivery.

You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. If you do not receive one, contact us at orders_waterloobrewing@carlsberg.ca.
